Insite Property Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Porter to provide cleaning support at one of our apartment communities in Downtown Seattle.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of interiors of buildings, which include:
- Lobbies
- Hallways
- Elevators
- Stairwells
- Glass- doors & windows
- Floors
- Cleaning the exterior of buildings, which includes:
- Sidewalks
- Walkways
- Driveways
- Garages
- Flowerbeds
- Glass- doors & windows
- Additional responsibilities include Disposing of trash & recyclable items
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Complete a comprehensive pre-employment screening
- Authorized to work in the US
- Some knowledge of job tools such as Cleaning tools and solutions
- Must be able to work well in a team as well as individually
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must communicate real-time issues with their assigned buildings
- Must be able to follow a set schedule and adapt to changes in that schedule
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle liability insurance
- Must be physically capable of completing all aspects of the job
- Must be a reliable, motivated, professional, and organized individual

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday with Tues/Wed off or Wed/Thurs off, depending on the needs of the community
