InSpectre Solutions Inc is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Human Resources department. This role will provide critical support services to the Human Resources department and will be responsible for maintaining accurate information across several platforms and communicating with local and international staff.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all data entry and maintenance of several daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Assists with recruitment of new employees, manages existing resumes and referrals, acts as initial point of contact for incoming staff
- Coordinates and assists with training needs company wide
- Contributes to monthly newsletters with stories, photos, ideas and information
- Helps in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of upcoming performance reviews for all managers (US and International) and sending report out to managers each month
- Responsible for knowing and understanding all company policies and SOP's to be able to answer questions at any time.
- Additional duties relevant to the role as necessary or assigned
Required Qualifications
- Administrative assistant experience preferred
- High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic HR knowledge
- Good judgement, discretion, and ability to make timely decisions
- Able to build and foster relationships with employees at all levels
- Highly organized with outstanding follow-up skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent active listening and presentation skills
