We are a ministry minded Christian school located just 5 min. from the Gulf of Mexico. We are looking for a MS/HS math teacher who can teach both MS & HS math courses. We are learning-centric, which means that we use the classroom to work with students to understand and explore concepts. Technology is used extensively in the classroom with our curriculum and student projects. Candidates must be inspiring and innovative in the classroom and be comfortable using a variety of technology platforms including Microsoft and BlackBaud. Candidates must also have an understanding of creating curriculum and working collaboratively with others and planning cross-curricular units and projects. In addition, we use a Christian mentorship approach to earning the right to speak life into our students. Candidates must be a born again, spirit filled Christian, walking out their faith. They should have a love of Christ, children, and education.
