Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate Shared Service

As Inspire Brands continues to grow into a dominant multi-brand global restaurant company, the development of a mature Shared Services organization and effective G&A management is pivotal. This exciting role will support Financial Planning & Analysis for Shared Services and companywide G&A, provide critical Financial Planning and Analytical support to assigned Shared Services functions, and implement world-class analytic and visualization tools for G&A reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough month-end and quarter-end analyses for Shared Services functions and company-wide General & Administrative (G&A).
• Perform variances analysis, offering comprehensive explanations of key drivers. Provide critical insights and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
• Prepare insightful and action-oriented presentation materials for executives and management. Present key findings on review meetings.
• Support annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.
• Partner with assigned business functions to capture and manage their requests effectively. Clearly communicate the outcomes of these processes to relevant stakeholders.
• Take ownership of business partner relationships for assigned Shared Services functions and provide critical FP&A support to these teams.
• Act as a true business partner, addressing ad hoc requests and ensuring the success of these teams.
• Collaborate with finance partners across various sectors, including corporate finance, commercial and IT finance, as well as franchise and company-owned finance teams.
• Support the design and implementation of modern data analytics and visualization tools.
• Consistently identify and propose enhancements for day-to-day operations.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-year Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis required.
• 2 years of Multi-brand corporate or Shared Services experience preferred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

• Strong communication skills; including presenting to cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record as a proven team player.
• Ability to effectively multi-task projects with competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with large data sets and creating financial models.
• The ability to effectively mine data and draw relevant results on business performance.
• Self-starter and a problem solver with strong business acumen and ability to anticipate issues and think through creative solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Business Intelligence analysis and presentation tools, including Tableau and Power BI preferred.
• Experience with Enterprise Planning and Reporting software such as Hyperion, ePBCS, and SmartView preferred.
• Previous experience at consulting or investment banking firms preferred.
