What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver/Repairman position at Inspire Malibu?
We are seeking a part-time Driver/Repairman to join our staff! You will assist in driving and other small duties/repairs at our Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Facility.
Responsibilities:
- Transport clients safely from locations
- Manage client belongings and company belongings safely
- Monitor clients when on outings for security
- Report any suspicious behavior
- Follow a schedule received by the staff
- Keep company vehicles clean
- Report any accidents if occurred, but stay cautious when driving the company vehicle
- Repair items that are broken and try to repair any minor occurrences in the facility (i.e. leaky faucet, clogged toilet, etc)
- Maintain boundaries and stay vigilant
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Assist in keeping house and surroundings up to standards
- Able to lift and move furniture items over 50 lbs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in driving a company vehicle
- Maintain and show a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in teams as well as work individually when needed
- Ability to work weekend shifts or as needed
- Ability to help staff as needed when asked
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
