Family Reunification Coordinator (Alabama-Tennessee)

Summary:
Under the supervision of the Family Reunification Manager and the Assistant Director of Youth & Immigrant Services, the Family Reunification Coordinator will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of Inspiritus’ programs for unaccompanied immigrant children and their sponsors, including Home Study/Post Release Services and Safe Release Support, in Alabama and Tennessee. The coordinator will supervise program staff in these areas and serve as the primary contact between Inspiritus and Lutheran Immigration and Refuge Service (LIRS) for all issues related the programming. The coordinator will ensure that the goals and objectives of these programs are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and within budget. They will work closely with the Family Reunification Manager to monitor collaboration and teamwork among the program staff. They will also cultivate relationships with stakeholders and community resources across service areas. As this position supervises staff out of our Birmingham and Nashville offices, candidates should be located within commuting distance of either office.
