Performs a variety of tasks associated with optional products and early termination loans and repossessions. Duties may include manually refunding customers, monitoring processes, data entry, responding to internal and external customers and business partners. Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering dealer inquiries, resolving dealer problems and responding to dealer requests for information.
