Title: Field Service Technician
Coverage Area : Cleveland, OH , Detroit and West Virginia
Duration: Contract to hire
Work Requirements: US Citizen
Compensation: 24.00 - 26.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Provides technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
Performs advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on products.
Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related issues.
Assists with diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
Assists with determining and defining daily objectives for site-specific product installations, maintenance, and customer support.
Performs Preventive Maintenance on products as directed by management.
Performs site surveys on all new orders.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-5 years' job experience in a related field preferred.
The knowledge base of hardware, software, game/kiosk / ATC platforms, network, and server troubleshooting skills, mechanically inclined, those with computer/cable or cell repair experience, Gamers, and computer builders.
