Job Description
Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)
Duration:6 month contract
Compensation: $25-30/hr. W2
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintenance of new projects in financial systems
- Prepare cost summary and interest calculations for development projects
- Prepare invoices related to development and licensing
- Coordinate with production finance and business affairs on payment schedules for talent contracts
- Actualize spend for development and talent contracts for forecasting
- Review contracts for forecasting cash obligations and P&L impact
- Manage write-offs of passed development project costs
- Prepare documentation for cost transfers and project write-offs to accounting team
- Gather and track production lease agreements for active shows in shooting
- 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst
- Strong Excel skills
