What You Can Expect
As a full-time office coordinator, you are an integral part of the operation at the local branch and within the leadership team through a variety of administrative tasks and projects. This position has access to several aspects of running a successful business such as human resources, payroll, recruiting, accounting and more - all crucial for maintaining the daily operations of the branch.
- Accounting duties including coordinating office collections of outstanding bills through phone calls, and emails / letters to customers
- Reconcile customer invoices with installer’s billing to ensure accurate commission payments to installers
- Human resources duties such as preparing new hire packets, including the creation of an employee folder, and an attendance sheet for each employee
- Support contract administration through fulfilling request for certificate of insurance
- Management of data entry and other duties as assigned
To Be Successful
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- 1-3 years of previous receptionist/ administrative assistant experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with AR, AP, and payroll is helpful
