What You Can Expect
As a Auto Tech – Warehouse Worker, You will be responsible for maintaining all vehicles as well as keeping the warehouse clean and organized. In addition, your day-to-day may include:
- Delivering materials to the job site upon request
- Do vehicle maintenance/repairs on all vehicles and shop
- Unloading Semi deliveries
- Inspect trucks nightly (fill trucks with gas/oil, make sure they are safe, organized, and clean
- Complete preventative maintenance on all vehicles (tune-ups, oil changes, etc.)
- Maintain vehicle records by recording services and repairs
- Ensure warehouse is safe and complies with OSHA guidelines
- Keep warehouse/materials clean and organized. (sweep, trash collection/removal)
- Responsible for inventory on the first work day of every month
To Be Successful
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse setting or construction industry preferred
- Forklift Certified
- Know companies Safety Policy and Procedures
For Your Safety
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Must be able to bend, twist and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
