They are the leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials to businesses throughout North America.Job DescriptionThis person will be on the Daily Refunds side. This is a data entry position. This person will be expected to make judgement calls on different accounts. This is not a black and white role. The person will come in and learn, then as they become more comfortable, they will be expected to grow in responsibility.Detailed orientedBachelors requiredWork independently and as a teamDecision making skillsChallenging but not overly analytic. Learn concepts, legislation's of different states, how each customer is effected differently.Qualifications A/R or A/P experience will also help someone in this role- AS/400 experience a plus as this is what they will be using on a day to day basis- Customer service experience is necessary. Uline has a high standard for internal Customer Service and eventually this person will be dealing with Clients directly.- Strong communication- 4 year degree required (accounting a plus)- Head down, hard worker Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
