Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee and supervise Route Drivers, provide relief driving when necessary.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and quality control.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and materials handling procedures.
- Clean Drivers license
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate mechanical equipment as needed.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
