Position Description
The contract administrator supports IIR's contract specialist, as well as the Finance/Accounting and Administration team. Responsibilities include processing contracts (from inception through execution and vendor setup), communicating with internal and external parties, and ensuring all executed contracts are e-filed. This position is also responsible for coordinating with the contracting party for receipt of direct deposit information and signed W-9s. In addition to these primary duties, assistance may be required for ad hoc accounting tasks and by the Administrative facilities operations team.
