Client services are crucial to success in customers' adoption of a learning platform. Client services are pivotal in ensuring customers have a smooth and seamless experience with the learning platform. They provide assistance and support throughout the onboarding process, helping customers navigate any technical issues or challenges they may face. This personalized approach builds trust and confidence in the platform, encouraging customers to engage and adopt the learning platform actively. Client services act as a bridge between the business and its customers, gathering valuable feedback and insights to enhance the learning platform's features and functionality. By delivering quality implementation and strategic services, client services contribute to customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty and driving long-term adoption of the learning platform.

• Apply project management methodologies and ensure adherence to Instructure's methodology and standards whilst delivering Implementation Services.
• Conduct customer needs analysis and gather technical and functional requirements.
• Translate technical concepts and pedagogical strategies into everyday language for effective client communication.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver technical solutions and provide guidance on best practices.
• Configure instances and provide customer access to Instructure tools.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure successful system implementation.
• Present online and onsite consultancy sessions to diverse groups, adapting content to different audience levels and needs. (Maximum 25% travel)
• Provide strategic and pedagogical consultancy to help institutions maximise their use of Instructure products.
• Provide advice and guidance to clients through webinars to enhance their adoption and advanced usage of Instructure's products, including creating on-brand presentation resources.
• Ensure all administrative tasks, such as project documentation, reporting, and forecasting, are completed within designated deadlines.

• Enthusiasm about education and technology with demonstrated technical aptitude towards Learning Platforms, including integrating multiple software. (Knowledge of APIs, LTIs and Data Strategies would be integral)
• Project management experience mainly focused on implementation projects. (Recognised qualifications would be advantageous)
• Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at multiple levels of an organisation
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Spoken and written language fluency in English (Additional Languages would be advantageous)
• Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs, explain complex issues in relatable terms and adapt your tone according to the stakeholder
