Driver/Laborer

Insulation Labs has employment opportunities for applicants wishing to become part of a fast-growing and rewarding company! We have opportunities for Class- C drivers to operate box trucks between 16 ft to 20ft. This position will require having a valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record. Drivers will be operating a box truck between 16-20ft. Our ideal candidate will have some prior driving experience preferably with box trucks or light delivery vehicles, must be able to work overtime, be available to work Saturdays when needed, and do other labor tasks such as loading/unloading trucks and assisting with the project set up and clean up.

Schedule:

• 6:00 Am start time
• Must be available to work Saturdays

Duties include:

• Responsible for daily vehicle inspections
• Drive crew members to and from the project locations.
• Provide great customer service at all times while at the client location
• Communicate clearly with the head installer to ensure a smooth workflow
• Organize project setup (keeps equipment, tools, and trash safely out of harm's way).
• Operates an insulation vacuum on floor level and hands material to the crew members.
• Performs quality control checks at the end of the job.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong work ethic & initiative to learn.
• Class C (standard) driver's license required
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed.
• Must have at least 1year of driving experience.
• Box Truck or light truck driving experience is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be willing to help load and unload trucks.
• Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs.
