Insurance Agent

Job Summary:
Immediate opening for P&C Insurance Agent! We are seeking an individual who has auto, home, and business insurance experience. We are a small insurance agency located in Purdy, MO. This position shares front office responsibilities, works as a support to the health insurance side as well as some administrative duties. All licensing and certification is paid by the company while an active employee, with many other benefits including medical for the employee, paid time off, and matched retirement plan. .

Duties:
- Market and sell various insurance products to individuals and businesses
- Administer sales processes from initial contact to policy issuance
- Communicate policy features, benefits, and coverage details clearly to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Experience:
- Proven experience in auto,home, and business insurance sales
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and build lasting client relationships

This position is full-time and on-site. The starting wage for this role is determined by a few factors including experience, education, certifications, and length of time as an agent. If your license isn’t active, we may assist with requirements to get current. A background check may be required.
