Are you excited to work with money? Respond to in-house digital lead inquiries from our current clients’ related to additional services such as annuities, indexed universal life, and debt elimination.

Responsibilities

Seeking results driven, highly motivated self-starter who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic, and the desire to help others to plan and protect their financial futures.

  • Be knowledgeable about the product
  • Works with the Sr. Sales Supervision Principal on escalated issues and rejectionsEmphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions about the products
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the sale of annuities and indexed universal life products
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
Compensation
$106,500 at plan earnings
