The pay range for a Sales Agent is $19 - $21 / hour

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary uncapped commissions bonus incentives

What You Will Do:

The Sales Agent is an inside sales role with a focus on building a book of business by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and other lead sources.  The Sales Agent will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100 carriers. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with their colleagues.

Key Attributes:

• High school or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales
• Proven track record of the ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and cross-sell other lines of business
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Precise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
