IndependentContractors Duties :
- Thephysical characteristics exterior measurements general conditionsphotographs unusual hazards and recommendations associated with aproperty are part of our comprehensive reports that summarize theobservable hazards associated with arisk.
- The aboveinformation is used by our client companies to determine whether arisk meets the carriers eligibilityrequirements.
- Inspectorsare the eyes for the insurance underwriter who is generally inanother area and confined to anoffice.
Inspectors set their ownhours and work schedules in which they organize to accommodate theneeds of our clients.
InsuranceInspector Independent ContractorQualifications :
- Be anenergetic individual capable of completing a high volume ofinsurance inspections.
- Bemotivated analytical resourceful decisive and have goodproblemsolvingskills.
- Have solid writtencomposition and verbal communicationskills.
- Have a strongdesire to succeed and work independently with limited direction& guidance.
- Notnecessary but a plus : VIITA Certification previous experience inconstruction / plumbing / electrical industries life safety / firefighting general contracting or propertymanagement.

- Google Chrome or Edgeand Microsoft Internet Explorer11
- Adobe AcrobatReader
- Broadband internetconnection
- Digital cameraor smart phone capable of interfacing with yourPC

- Reliable insuredtransportation and valid driverslicense
- A measuring wheelmonopod and a clipboard.
