Independent ContractorsDuties :

• The physicalcharacteristics exterior measurements general conditionsphotographs unusual hazards and recommendations associated with aproperty are part of our comprehensive reports that summarize theobservable hazards associated with a risk.
• The above information is used by our clientcompanies to determine whether a risk meets the carrierseligibility requirements.
• Inspectors are the eyes for the insuranceunderwriter who is generally in another area and confined to anoffice.

Inspectors set their ownhours and work schedules in which they organize to accommodate theneeds of our clients.

InsuranceInspector Independent ContractorQualifications :

• Be anenergetic individual capable of completing a high volume ofinsurance inspections.
• Bemotivated analytical resourceful decisive and have goodproblemsolving skills.
• Have a strong desire to succeed and workindependently with limited direction &guidance.
• Beselfdisciplined organized and able to manage an aggressive workloadand have the ability to prioritize and schedule inspections timelyand efficiently.
• Notnecessary but a plus : VIITA Certification previous experience inconstruction / plumbing / electrical industries lifesafety / firefighting general contracting or propertymanagement.

• A Microsoft Windows based PC Windows10
• Google Chrome or Edgeand Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
• Adobe Acrobat Reader
• Broadband internetconnection
• Digital cameraor smart phone capable of interfacing with yourPC
• Color inkjet or laserprinter.
• Reliable insuredtransportation and valid drivers license
• A measuring wheel monopod and aclipboard.
