Hours: 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Rahway, NJ 07065
Duration: 1 year
This job requires working on-site and client is mandating all on-site workers be vaccinated unless a medical/religious exemption is granted by the client.
Job Description:
" This position will manage the change, communication and training of a complex project.
" Will work with the multiple stakeholders in the business areas, Information Technology, and Centers of Expertise (CoE) to deliver pre and post launch information.
`" Execution should leverage industry experience and best practices of change management and adult learning.
" Will act as a subject matter expert on enterprise-wide projects to analyze business needs, streamline processes, and deliver corresponding change, communication, and training (CCT) plans successfully.
" The Individual will be expected to bring a depth of experience as well as the analytical, technical and organizational skills necessary to create and facilitate the change, communication and training plans of the initiative.
Qualifications:
Education:
" Bachelors
Experience:
" 4-7 years of experience.
" Expertise in project and stakeholder management.
" Excellent writing skills for training materials, web-based channels, and technical documentation.
" Ability to complete business analysis, process redesign and project management.
" Liaison between business stakeholder and technical organizations and experience with multiple client groups.
Highly Preferred:
" Prior Marketing experience
Main technology application/software skills/experience :
" Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint)
