Pay Rate: 28.00/hr
Hours: Mon - Thurs, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Occasional overtime on Friday’s (6am-2:30pm)

Contract to Hire
Responsibilities:
Tests, evaluates, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs products at various stages of production and returned from the field.
Compiles statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
Responds to customer requests for product data and tracks, organizes, and reports on customer product issues and complaints.
Assists in resolving product issues, updating Bill of Materials, and building a product information database.
Daily us of calipers, micrometers, steel rulers, comparators, pin and force gauges, surface plates, drop indicators, height gauges, and gauge blocks.
Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
Trouble shoot mechanical and electrical systems to the failed component level; performs specialized failure analysis product testing; inputs troubleshooting data into the database
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs daily and stand for extended hours.
Proficient with the operation of Coordinate Measuring Machines.
Proficient in understanding of advanced level GD&T, interpret complex GD&T specifications on drawings and how to measure them.
Proficient in interpreting mechanical technical drawings.
Strong understanding of quality techniques.
