Overview:
INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join its team in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to provide support for support services for the ongoing development, maintenance, and management of a Government-owned non-commercial Platform for Research Administration.
The scope of work encompasses working on Electronic Biomedical Research Application Portal (eBRAP) and Electronic Grants Systems. (EGS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing, validating, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Desired analytical and communications skills, both written and verbal, to be able to interact with end users, technical staff, and government leads to effectively articulate requirements to all stakeholders.
- Skills include the ability to create process flow diagrams to capture business workflows drawing upon end user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to deliver on requirements documents.
- Generate use cases, capture notes, and other artifacts as requested.
- Create and maintain user stories and tickets in JIRA.
- Develop JIRA dashboards, tracks team performance metrics.
- Works closely with project management, developer, and testing staff.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates holding a master's degree.
- 10 Years of overall experience.
- Good to have experience with DHA/DOD or any relevant federal experience.
