What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN position at Integra Vascular?

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between physicians and patients
- Conduct patient triage
- Document in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Must be comfortable working in the field as well as Surgical Centers
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
- Assist with patient scheduling as needed
- Conduct care plan/treatment plan tracking
- Manage/maintain equipment and supply inventory
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor or direct management
Qualifications:
- Basic Life Support Certification required
- Active LPN License
- Excellent assessment skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work independently and effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills
- PACS and EMR experience preferred
- Committed to professional growth and learning
- Clean driving record
- Travel required
- Not listed on the OIG exclusion list
License/Certification:
- LPN Certification
- BLS Certification
- Driver’s License
