Job Summary: The TCOOMMI program works exclusively with youth on probation and who are identified as having mental health needs. Youth served are typically aged 10-17. TCOOMMI therapist works with youth and family in the community. Therapist will be responsible for: intake assessment, individual/family/group skills training, and crisis intervention. This is an excellent way to earn hours towards licensure. Therapist will provide at least 20 hours of face-to-face time each week with clients and complete documentation in a timely manner per agency guidelines. 

On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. 

License: 

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record. 

Experience:

Required: 

• Experience performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment 
• Bilingual in Spanish. 

Hours:  Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm 

Salary: $48,818.00 Annually.
