What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Integral Manufacturing?
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assuring that the customer order fulfillment process is successfully accomplished. The Customer Service Representative will assist in contacting customers and vendors and works with other company employees to assure positive customer experiences. This position can be filled with one full time or two part time employees. Remote work will be considered.
Responsibilities include:
· Process and update forecasts, purchase orders, schedules, and releases from customers.
· Utilize electronic tools, including spreadsheets and ERP software.
· Open and close manufacturing work orders and outside processing work orders.
· Research shipping and paperwork issues.
· Conduct cycle counts.
· Update WIP and FG counts.
· Verify accuracy of daily production sheets.
· Assist in inventory counts.
· Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
