We are seeking a full-time employee that will dedicate their efforts as a Clinical Consultant/ Supervisor to grow and oversee IBT’s Center and HCBS activities in Southeast Kansas.
Summary:
The Center Supervisor reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor for the needs of IBT programs and is responsible for the development, maintenance and supervision of services and programs provided to children on the autism spectrum. The Center Supervisor’s primary responsibilities lie in the management and administration of IBT’s SEK Center program and the provision of services at the center and in HCBS locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- 75% - Client Services; Parent Communication and Support; Supervisory responsibilities
- 10% - Staff Communication and Support
- 5% - Research
- 5% - Networking and Outreach
Minimum Credentials:
- Master’s degree from an institution specializing in behavior analysis/related fields.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
- Minimum 5 years experience designing/supervising ABA interventions for children with Autism.
- Experience in a supervisory role, overseeing staff, providing feedback, and other administrative functions.
- Verifiable references need to be included on curriculum vita.
- Experience supervising individuals working on experience hours (e.g., interns) for BACB certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in applied research.
- Ph.D. preferred
Salary Range: commensurate with education and experience requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Client Services
1. Responsible for new client services.
- Coordinate transition for new clients.
- Conduct intake assessments, functional analyses of behavior, and reinforcer preference assessments.
- Develop skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs based on client needs.
2. Responsible for the Supervision of existing client services.
- Conduct team meetings with direct service staff.
- Develop a system to ensure systematic review and review program data several times each week.
- Develop a system to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention and appropriateness of client services.
- Attend IEP meetings in conjunction with parents, and direct service staff.
- Conduct progress meetings with parents on a monthly or as needed basis.
- Provide Reports and Monitoring information as required
3. Responsible for the Supervision of direct service staff.
- Assist in the development of qualifications for direct service staff.
- Recruit and hire direct service staff.
- Develop performance measures and provide weekly feedback to staff.
- Serve as liaison between direct service staff and Clinical Director.
- Provide supervision to internship students.
Staff Communication and Support
1. Provide initial training, coaching, and monitoring to both lead and line technicians in the use of applied behavior analysis and targeted skills;
2. Conduct fidelity assessments of lead and line technicians in the application of targeted skills;
3. Manage materials preparation for training sessions;
4. Conduct ongoing, quarterly training for staff, including fidelity and interobserver agreement measures with providers assigned to caseload
Parent Communication and Support
1. Responsible for Supervision of parent training.
- Conduct center-based parent training meetings.
- Schedule in-home parent training sessions.
Networking and Outreach
1. Give tours to prospective parents
2. Manage waitlist
Salary : $50,100 - $63,500
