INTEGRATED HEALTH 21, LLC is a national screening company and provider of on-site health and wellness screenings and flu shot clinics for corporations throughout the U.S. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with corporate offices in New York and Wisconsin.

This full-time opportunity will engage with the Staffing teams and Screening employees throughout the United States. IH21 offers a full benefit package and competitive annual salary based on experience and skills ($42,000-50,000) along with a supportive work environment.

This position is responsible for coordinating staff schedules and travel arrangements for biometric screening events, coaching calls, and result consultations ensuring a balance of staff that is cost effective for the company and a successful delivery for the client. Building relationships with partner staffing agency, as well as IH21 teammates to maintain employee engagement.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and Account Executives to identify and fill staff vacancies and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Create cost scenarios that project and evaluate staff for each event.
  • Find and work with partner staffing agencies in order to supplement coverage as needed.
  • Build and manage employee relationship to maintain engagement and long-term relationships.
  • Act as liaison for internal and external communications with employees.
  • Research and book cost effective travel arrangements for staff following the appropriate protocol.
  • Work with Recruitment Manager to confirm ongoing staffing needs are met for areas with new clients and/or low Screener coverage.
  • Assist with on-boarding and schedule clinical training for staff. Ensure documentation of training is received and forwarded to appropriate staff.
  • Prepare and forward all necessary travel expense information to the Accounting.
  • Utilize various software programs to prepare and update reports for scheduling and travel.
  • Assist with timecard and expense approval.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned by management.


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Two to five years relevant work experience.

REQUIREMENTS: Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with the ability to effectively prioritize work demands and project coordination. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
