Company Description
Integrated Dermatology is a national medical practice management company that is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our team full-time for a period of 2 – 3 months to support the attorneys in our in-house legal department. Specific duties of this position include conducting research, preparing and editing agreements/correspondence, light administrative functions, and assistance with the general organization of the department. Our legal department primarily handles operational and transactional matters.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to one of the nation’s fastest growing industries. The position will work side-by-side with attorneys on a wide variety of legal matters that affect the day to day operations of a medical practice.
We are looking for someone who has a great work ethic, attitude and sense of humor. Professionalism and resourcefulness are keys to success in this position. We prefer that anyone submitting a resume has a paralegal certificate, or bachelor’s degree.

Job Description
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
- Liaise with internal executives and staff at all levels.
- Provide administrative support to General Counsel and other attorneys in the legal department.
