Mobile Crisis Management (MCM) is responsible for providing all support, services, and treatments necessary to provide integrated crisis response, crisis stabilization, interventions, and crisis prevention activities to people with mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. Integrated Family Services, PLLC provides this service in 33-counties in Eastern North Carolina.
The Crisis Consulting Licensed Professional will provide clinical consultations and recommendations to responding MCM teams to support quality dispositions while ensuring the safety of the individual served. The Crisis Consulting Licensed Professional will be responsible for consulting with our Medical Director for needed medical consultations. This position includes after-hour coverage on a rotating schedule of one week/7-days per month.

- Provide clinical consultations on MCM referrals. Consultation may require telehealth response/assessment.
- Provide clinical consultations to open MCM cases.
- Attend LCSW monthly group.
- Document outcome of clinical consultations on day of service provided.
- A full unrestricted license issued by the board regulating the professional in question, in the following discipline: Licensed Clinical Social Worker. NC LCAS or LCASA preferred.
- A minimum of one year of documented experience in crisis intervention or crisis response.
- Knowledge of community supports and resources in Eastern North Carolina available to stabilize the individual's crisis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic /Advanced computer skills.
- Ability to multitask.
