Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with coordinating and managing the operations of the Newark fleet.

- Duties:

- Coordinate and schedule shipments.

- Create orders into our TMS system.

- Assist with dispatch and delivery coordination.

- Maintain accurate records for all deliveries.

- Update all orders in the system consistently.

- Respond to customers in a timely manner regarding all containers.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Ability to work within all websites for Newark and surrounding ports.

- Knowledge of demand planning a plus.

- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Able to work effectively with 20-30 trucks and drivers daily.

- Proficient in computers and programs.

- Payroll and billing knowledge a plus

- Bilingual a plus
