Independent Contractor - Remote - 40 Hours per Week
IPM Medical Group is looking for health professionals to review patient medical records for specific data on patient care. This is a potentially lucrative opportunity to work flexibly from home as an independent contractor or employee.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Review patient medical records for specific data. Data will be used in the chronic care management of our patients.
- Once reviewed reviewer will document findings in Electronic Health Record (EHR/EHS).
- Communicate effectively with member of our treatment and/or administrative staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a qualified healthcare professional such as a Chiropractor, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Acupuncturist, Physical Therapist or Social Worker and licensed in the state of California.
- Experience with medical review process.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Have reliable internet access and access to a personal computer.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
- High attention to detail and the ability to extract relevant qualitative data from non-relevant qualitative data.
