We seek a driven and eager IT Specialist to join our fast-paced and growing team in Southlake, TX!

Position Description: Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking an IT Specialist to assist clients and the corporate information systems infrastructure in our Southlake, Texas headquarters. The IT Specialist will be responsible for excellent customer service and troubleshooting in accordance with industry best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop processes and solutions that improve end-user productivity.

Candidate must have desktop hardware and software ecosystem experience. The position works extensively with Mobile Device Management, hardware configuration and deployment, and wireless technologies over a geographically dispersed infrastructure.

The candidate has opportunities to work with managed switches, firewalls, inventory databases, Microsoft Server operating systems, converged platform systems, VOIP phones, and presenting data to end users. The candidate must take ownership of responsibilities, be responsive, and exhibit good attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Administrate infrastructure, including status and inventory compliance reporting.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
• Manage the configuration, repair, and operation of client computer operating systems
• Leverage Microsoft Active Directory Technologies, Microsoft Teams with Hybrid Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Responsible for updates, patches, anti-virus protection.
• Respond to and resolve 3rd-level help desk requests.

• 1- 3 years experience in system administration OR Bachelor's in IT
• Basic knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Basic understanding of VOIP phone system administration.
• Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis.
• Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
• Automated Application deployment using scripting and 3rd party deployment tools.
• Clear, professional, friendly, and effective written and verbal communication skills

• SQL query and basic database experience
• Associate or higher degree in a related field
• CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Technology Associate Certification

Expected hours of work: 8:30-5:30 Monday through Friday
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
