Machine Operator/Assembler

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Machine Operators to work in the Binghamton, NY area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30-11:30pm , 40 hours per week

POSITION SUMMARY: The Machine Operator will be responsible for running the automated equipment that assembles printed circuit boards, including loading programs, loading components, and ensuring the machines are properly maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pull components needed based on information provided in the BOM.
• Identify and confirm component information.
• Load and replenish components into the machines as needed.
• Identify any defects during the assembly process and take steps to mitigate them.
• Interface with technicians/engineers to reduce defects and optimize runtime.
• Any other work as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of related machine experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic component identification.
• PCB assembly and soldering experience a plus.
