Technical Services Consultant We are looking for Technical Services Consultants to join our growing team. Our consultants are responsible for working closely with our clients to provide strategic guidance on using our products and technologies, gather and understand the technical and functional requirements, provide technical assistance and work alongside our Technical Services Team to development and deliver our products and integrations. They deliver expert guidance to clients, our partners and the larger Intapp teams to help us improve processes to ensure we are delivering a first-class service across the board. Job Description Job Title: Technical Services Consultant Full-Time, Permanent Reporting To: Director, Global Technical Services Reports: None Travel: 20% travel or more is required What you’ll do: Leading technical scoping of Intapp solutions and integrations Leading clients to utilize industry best practices Working closely with the Technical Services Engineering Manager to schedule engineering team availability and workload and communicating schedules with the customers Developing, enforcing, and adhering to business processes Subject Matter Expert within one or many Intapp CSVS Business Units Understanding client requirements and business objectives Provide analysis of client needs and integration recommendations Leading or assisting in the review of requirements and business processes to design new business processes to deliver the solution Working cross functionally with several teams including the Technical Services Engineering team, product teams, implementation teams, professional services teams to collaborate on improvements in delivering solutions to clients What you’ll need: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Demonstrate 5 years of professional experience working alongside software and API development Project Management Experience Pipeline Management Experience Experience with providing estimates on work effort Experience with gathering technical and functional requirements, sizing, and scalability Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and strong desire to learn Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves direct customer interaction Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management Awareness of software development life cycle with an understanding of software logic and development methodologies Web technology awareness and understanding: Web based Request/Response cycles Consuming RESTful and SOAP API’s JSON, XML, JavaScript, Groovy Synchronous and Asynchronous communications Other useful skills & experience Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools Enterprise software such as ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR Dell Boomi or other ETL based development platform Cloud & SaaS Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure SQL Server, SSRS, SharePoint, Oracle, Exchange, Active Directory, Regular Expressions. Issue tracking systems Product development and software engineering experience.
