Job Title: Junior Accountant Reports To: Controller Classification: Exempt Job Type: Full-Time Location: Hybrid Please note: This is a hybrid position and will require commuting to our Flatiron Office in NYC 3 days per week. Essential Job Functions: * Process weekly cash receipts * Manage bi-weekly payroll processing & posting * Maintain accrual/prepaid/depreciation & amortization schedules * Lead weekly AP coding * Assist with month end close and annual audit * Support other Ad hoc duties as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite * AR/AP experience * Experience with Dynamics, ADP, Bill.com is preferable * Strong attention to detail * Time management and organizational skills Compensation: $58,000-$70,000 The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
