Job Description
Mission
IntegriChain is on a mission to help all stakeholders in the life sciences industry drive access. We do this through our relentless focus on unifying all of the critical business functions for therapy commercialization and access contracts and pricing, gross-to-net, channel, and patient services unlocking strategic payer, provider, pharmacy and patient access insights for our life sciences customers.
The Sr. Product Manager position will oversee Product Management of our Data Solutions product segment. The expectation is that you will use a market driven approach to roll-in, develop, and rollout new features, functions, and enhancements across IntegriChain’s portfolio of data products based on a roadmap that supports the company’s top and bottom line objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ownership of product roadmaps for the ICyte Data Solutions portfolio, including Data Aggregation, Data Analytics, and Data Enrichment offerings; translating market problems into sized and prioritized epics
- Accountable for work with on-shore and off-shore development team, in an agile process, to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements on budget, on scope, and on time
- Drive execution of cross functional Release Readiness activities to ensure successful roll-out of product releases across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Engagement, Data Operations, and Delivery and Advisory Services
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate ideas for Product Backlog
- Present prioritized Roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with Engineering leads to run agile ceremonies with Product/Engineering team members
- Oversee and contribute to Product Documentation including release notes, user guides, workflows, etc
- Serve as Product SME with both internal stakeholders and external customers
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, plan/prioritize and help lead Product & Engineering teams to execute on product Roadmap
- Strategic mindset towards identifying and prioritizing opportunities for Product enhancements
- Strong data analysis, SQL, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teams.
- Experience leading and managing Product/Business Analysts
- Experience supporting Managed Service and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) applications (preferred)
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience with 2 years experience applying data science and analytics solutions to complex business challenges, preferably in commercial healthcare market
- Experience with healthcare data and analytics strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Agile Software Methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with JIRA
