Summary
We are seeking a client-focused individual with medical experience. As Client Experience Manager, you must be highly organized and able to document client treatment data. Responsibilities
- Daily interaction with clients gathering medical information.
- Review and order medical records from providers and communicate records information to clients.
- Engage insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure information and account balances.
- Interact with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers regarding medical conversations
- Review medical records and analyze clinical tests and diagnostics.
- Work directly across multiple functional groups to coordinate and deliver a strong client experience.
- Manage active case inventory and customer experience metrics.
- Communicate and escalate client concerns to supervisor.
Qualification
- Prior experience in case management or as Nursing Assistant, LPN/LVN (preferred).
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive interaction with team, clients, insurance companies and medical providers.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.
- Computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
