The IT Training Coordinator reports to the Director, Informatics and Training. This position coordinates Epic training for caregivers within INTEGRIS Health, as needed upon hire or transfer. This position is responsible for communicating with caregivers about Epic training that has been scheduled. The IT Training Coordinator will also assist with Kronos Timekeeping, travel arrangements, and other tasks as needed to assist the Director, Informatics and Training.
The Training Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate Epic training for all new/transferring clinical caregivers
- Provide information and customer service to INTEGRIS Health caregivers by:
- Response to emails in shared inbox
- Service Now tickets
- Epic Training Requests sent to the EHR Education team
- Other communication means available
- Assist with Kronos timekeeping
- Assist with setting up travel arrangements for Informatics and Training team members
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in computerized data entry and/or keyboarding preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Experience in customer service role preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
