The HR Strategy Manager is consultant to leaders, including senior management, for HR-related needs and issues. The Manager provides oversight and direction for a team of HRBPs to execute Human Resources and business strategies. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating such needs proactively with the HR department and management. Through the building of partnerships, receives support on workforce issues impacting strategic and business objectives, leads HR initiatives and employee relations issues. Provides coaching to leaders regarding their own or their department's future development plans and actions. May require travel to facilities within the system.
* Reports to the Director HR Strategy

* Human Resources certification (SPHR/PHR/SHRM SCP/SHRM CP) preferred
* Bachelor's degree. HR, Business, Management, or related field preferred
* 3 years experience in management preferred
* 5 year HR generalist, employee relations, recruiting or consulting experience with demonstrated knowledge of all human resource functions
