We are looking to add a sales manager to the team!

This is an insurance industry position. Candidates should either be experienced insurance agents who are looking to take the next step in their careers by building a team or an experienced sales manager from another industry who knows how to build a team and is interested in making the switch to the insurance industry.

You will be tasked with recruiting, training and leading a team of sales reps.

This is a 1099 position.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Pay rate:

  • Commission only

Supplemental pay types:

  • Office

License/Certification:

  • Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
  • Life Insurance License (Preferred)
