Job Posting for Real Estate Sales Manager at Integrity Homes

Looking for a motivated, and highly organized person with a background in the home building industry. This position would require interaction with the customers and the sales team.

The following is an outline of some of the responsibilities that would be required.

  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Assign floor duty and open houses
  • Manage the sales process
  • Approve all contracts and related forms signed by salespeople
  • Keep records of sales associates' productivity
  • Work with salespeople to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers
  • Interview and hire new sales associates
  • Develop company-wide marketing and oversee advertising placement and budget
  • Resolve disputes among salespeople
  • Report on sales activities to top management
  • Work with customers to choose finishes for their home.
  • Real Estate license a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
