What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Integrity Residential Services?
Essential Functions
1. Assist Recruiting department with employee placements
2. Analyze household schedules to ensure all employees are meeting company expectations
3. Assign permanent and temporary placement for employees
4. Monitor staffing for residents that are out of care
5. Create monthly household schedules and reports openings to the Recruiting and Case Management departments
6. Manage requests from employees of schedule changes
7. Thoroughly reviews and understand resident binders, protocols, and face sheets
8. Use proper techniques in performing direct care in accordance with company policy and procedures, accepted standards of care, and applicable regulations and requirements
9. Provide problem solving assistance
10. Attend trainings as requested/needed
11. Report any changes or concerns of an employees’ schedule promptly to Recruiting/Case Management departments
12. Preserve human dignity and the confidentiality of each resident
13. Provide additional support to the Recruiting and Case Management departments
14. Maintain healthy and professional boundaries with staff
15. Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, filing, shredding
16. Ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls, while placing several outgoing calls to staff and managers
17. As needed assistance with ongoing recruiting

Required Education and Experience
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Experience in direct care preferred but not required
Additional Qualifications
1. Must be able to pass Caregiver background check requirements
2. Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Salary
· $20 - $24 an hour
