Job Opportunity : Administrative Assistant

A client of ours located in Tualatin is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

About the Company : They are a top manufacturer of valves, regulators, and equipment for water, gas, and chemical use. Their products, like those for PCW, CFOS, and UHP gases, are renowned for quality and innovation.

Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with time and attendance using ADP software.
  • Provide support in accessing and navigating the ADP system.
  • Prepare and distribute employee payment stubs.
  • Enter AP invoices into the accounting system and match with purchase orders.
  • Print and reconcile invoices, resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, tracking postage expenses.
  • Maintain organized filing system for AP and HR documents.
  • Manage Excel spreadsheets for AP and HR, updating data and generating reports.
  • Facilitate communication with AP and HR teams.
  • Draft internal emails, memos, and documents.

Requirements :

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous administrative experience required, especially in AP and HR support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 10-key touch and accurate typing skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, or English and Vietnamese, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Prioritization skills for fast-paced environments.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule : Monday Friday, 6 : 30AM 3 : 30PM

Pay : $22 - $24 / hr.
