Helper/Packager - $18/HR.
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Helper Packager for our manufacturing client to at $18/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
Will work as a Machine Operator helper and Packager
• Pull and move coils and skids within warehouse.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane and forklift.
• Band and package material according to customer requirements.
• Confirm material specifications on inventory tags for orders being shipped.
• Generate inventory tags to be placed on completed material.
• Accurately enter tag data into computer system.
• Uses precision when operating tools such as tape measures and cutters.
Location: Alsip, IL
Schedule: Train on days (6am – 2:30pm) may eventually transition to 2nd shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm.)
Required Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic; self-motivated
• Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers, and suppliers
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to measure using different tools
• Exceptional reading and math skills
