What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Process Owner (PM) position at Intel?
As the Business Process Owner, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Plans/manages programs or projects that are focused on the development, implementation, or upgrade of internal customers' technology, products, or processes.
Provides secondary or indirect support of customer products.
Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.
Works on problems/tasks in the delivery of a specific product or service.
Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule.
Assesses risk and identifies issues.
Monitors progress against schedule.
Coordinates resources with other functions.
Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks.
Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. *This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field and 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process/Product owner, leadership experience managing cross-org level engagements, and supply chain/finance/planning experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced education or APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management.
Experience with waterfall and agile project management.
Knowledge of Total Change Management (TCM) methodology and tools.
