Qualifications
You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently studying for PhD in Electrical Engineering, Device Physics, Materials Science or related discipline
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Emphasis in Solid State Material and Semiconductor Device Physics, Digital and Analog Circuit Design and Analysis, CMOS Process Technology
- Electrical circuit design/debug/characterization
Experience with advanced engineering disciplines such as math, statistics, physics, chemistry and programming language
Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment such as oscilloscope, pulse generator, semiconductor parameter analyzer (CV-IV), and controlling software
Experience in Semiconductor Device characterization and data analysis/modeling or experience in Semiconductor device fabrication and physical characterization (can be experience achieved while obtaining a PhD)
