What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSPO Executive Administrative Assistant position at Intel?
Corporate Supply Planning Operations -CSPO- is seeking a self-motivated, highly experienced, organized, and action-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant. In this role the individual will require good judgement and excellent communications skills to provide professional administrative support to the CSPO Vice-president and General Manager, the Strategic Ops Manager as well as key Business Operations processes.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse executive-level working team, requiring initiative, flexibility and the ability to prioritize multiple demands.
The CSPO Executive Administrative Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Extensive calendar management, scheduling and or coordinating logistics, managing agendas and materials for meetings which include individuals at senior executive levels.
Provide support for departmental events, quarterly events, and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, face to face meetings, etc.
Make extensive travel arrangements -domestic and international- for individuals or teams with dynamic schedules. May include preparation of expense reports and management of associated budget.
Proactive and timely follow through on tasks to completion, with the ability to adjust to changes and interruptions.
Keep abreast of all organizational changes and business developments and maintains in-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and uses discretion and judgment to ensure applicable private-proprietary business information, data, transactions, and correspondence maintain confidentiality and sound judgement.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department-division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, and divisional logistics needs.
Manage purchasing requests using CPC, e-Purchasing, and Amex travel cards.
May be required to coordinate hiring interviews and first day- last day of office logistics for CSPO members.
Manage office space, desks, and workspaces, including space needs, moves and office supplies and equipment procurement.
Serve as an information resource-communication channel for policies and procedures.
Partner and collaborate with senior and executive administrative staff
Able to lead specific and drive tactical projects and programs with autonomy (Ie. Recognition Programs, People/Org projects, etc)

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate should possess 7 years of administrative experience or equivalent education-experience in the field
Preferred qualifications:
5 of experience in the following:
Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Online, Unite, Workday
Experience with calendar management including coordinating complex meetings that require ELT attendance, External attendees and video conference room booking
Experience booking domestic and international travel and visa procurement
Experience with working with culturally diverse groups located across multiple geographies
Project management, problem solving skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and follow-through to meet deadlines.
Extremely flexible; adaptable to an evolving fast-paced environment
