Intel Corporate Quality Network (CQN), Software Quality and Business Analytics organization is seeking a strong Engineering Manager with technical expertise in tools, process, infrastructure and leading complex large scale programs across geographically dispersed teams. You are an independent leader who can make decisions and set program direction, while demonstrating tremendous empathy and savvy in bringing people together to get things done. You are crisp and comfortable communicating with external partners and senior executives.
You will manage a team of software professionals including but not limited to engineers, architects, business analysts, and program managers who are responsible for delivering results over many areas of the development, manufacturing lifecycle: designing and developing automated solutions, scripts, upstream product quality improvements, analyzing product metrics, customer reported issues.
You will be responsible for driving automations, end-end data analytics across diverse needs (Manufacturing, Labs, Silicon, Software qualifications). Successful candidates will bring deep understanding in building solutions, working in service organization to meet the complex needs, work models. Might be required to provide architectural and technical guidance, and ensure that sound engineering practices are followed. Role includes establishing challenging goals, agility in execution and delivering on user requirements with ability to influence and lead senior technical leaders across the corporation.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline with 15 years relevant experience managing development, Validation, or Qualification teams.
- 5 years of experience making platform decisions and managing direct and indirect teams to deploy large-scale connected data model projects
- Proven expertise in optimizing engineering processes and building strong data analytics and automated infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in leading detailed implementation plans, resource allocation, change control, testing, and on-time delivery within budget constraints
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of statistical data models, analysis, common quality tools and processes (example, Risk Assessment, Corrective Action methodology)
- Good technical knowledge about unique data challenges and tools used in product development, qualification (Requirement Management, Configuration Management, Development, Validation, Quality/Reliability testing, Qualifications)
- Experience working in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps models, developing scripts and automated solutions
